    Because frozen raw pet food availability, pickup times, and delivery routes can vary, calling ahead is the best way to confirm products and timing.

    Pickup and delivery

    Pickup may be coordinated from the cold storage facility at 2531 Sutro Street in Reno or from the Pleasant Valley location. Please call before going to either location.

    Local delivery is available in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City. Fallon and Fernley delivery is available once a month. Truckee and Auburn, CA delivery routes are also available once a month. Call for current dates and order coordination.
